Fees: One time non-refundable fee of $300 for the first pet, $150 for the second pet. Pet rent is $10 a month per pet.

Restrictions: No pet over 100 pounds is permitted and pets over 65 pounds will be restricted to first floor apartments. Only two pets per apartment. Certain pet breeds are restricted. Farm animals, exotic animals, reptieles, amphibians, dangerous, harmful, or poisonous animals are not permitted at any time.
